You can downgrade your membership at anytime by logging into your profile, and clicking downgrade. However if you have over 50 active clients you will not be able to downgrade to the lowest package until you have less than 50 clients with processing status set to Active. No we do not lock you into a contract. You are able to cancel at anytime.

Yes! All affiliate offers are included in your paid membership. Free membership only gets you access to offer credit rpeorts and identity theft insurance products. For business funding, mortgage funding, and business success platforms you must be a Ruby, Gold, or Platinum member.

We have several add on options available. You can add on credit report orders,Legal Club, and ALL NEW Rent Reporting memberships. You can also book consultations through a calendar that syncs with your calendar for credit consultations. This can be included on your existing website, or in one of our landing pages. Yes! Become an affiliate and start promoting Rent Reporting tools to your client. Earn affiliate commisions upon signups. This will report to your client’s Transunion and Equifax reports monthly while in a paid membership. The fee is directly billied to the client, and is not included in your software membership with us.

Although having a merchant account to accept payments is generally reccomended, you do not have to have a merchant account to use the system. If you are wnating to take payments online you will need a merchant account. You can apply for MagicPay to provide you a merchant account. See more info HERE 

Yes. Our Gold package includes our client onboarding features that will integrate into your existing site. Once of our team members will obtain access and will hook up all of the onboarding integrations.

You can access your Test Drive portal by logging into your membership account here at https://thecredittracker.com. Once logged in it will redirect to your membership profile where you will see a Portal Access button. Once you click that you will be redirected to the portal in a new window.
