Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your CRM membership with The Credit Tracker (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for our services, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

1. Cancellation Request

To cancel your CRM membership, you must submit a cancellation request through one of the following methods:

Your request must include your full name, membership ID, and the reason for cancellation.

2. Notice Period

You must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the desired cancellation date. This notice period allows us to process your request and ensure there are no outstanding issues with your account.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds for membership fees are provided based on the following conditions:

  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your membership, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel after the first 7 days but before the end of the first month, you are eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining days of the month.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the first month of membership.

4. Outstanding Payments

All outstanding payments must be settled before your cancellation can be processed. If there are any unpaid fees, you will be notified, and your cancellation request will be on hold until the balance is cleared.

5. Termination of Services

Upon successful cancellation, your access to The Credit Tracker CRM and associated services will be terminated. You will no longer have access to any data, tools, or resources provided through the membership.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for a period of 30 days following the cancellation of your membership. During this time, you can request a copy of your data. After 30 days, we will permanently delete your data from our systems.

7. Reactivation

If you decide to reactivate your membership within 30 days of cancellation, you may do so without incurring a reactivation fee. After 30 days, you will need to sign up as a new member, and standard membership fees will apply.

8. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
