Each client has a Dispute Progress tab. All of the round details, score information, accounts and inquiries list, and dispute stats. To get started you can select a client from the list. Once the client loads you can click the Dispute Progress tab.

On the Dispute Progress tab you will see the current scores for each bureau, along with the stating scores. You will see and increase or decrease indicator along with the point increase or decrease since start time. There are also quick links to view the deleted items per bureau that will popup in a box once clicked. Below the score information is the Round Information which is a list of each round of disputes and their current status. The round info will also show you what the scores were for each bureau, the round start date, the days left in the current round, the status of each round, and the round end date. When rounds are active you will see your client in Waiting status. When round are complete you will see clients in Completed status.

Below the round information is the list of accounts and inquiries for the client you are working on. The account list will show you the account or inquiry name, the account number or inquiry date, account type, current round and the Dispute Outcome. The dispute outcome will show icons for each bureau the account or inquiry is listed on. The green checkmarks are for items that have been deleted or repaired. The clock icons are for items still in dispute. The red X icon is for items that have not yet been worked.

Below the account list you will see the Dispute Stats section. The Dispute Stats section will show you a pie charge for each bureau for the number of deleted repaired items and items remaining. There will be quick links in each bureau column that will popup to show you the number of deleted items, or remaining items etc. You will also see a progress bar for each bureau on how much percent that bureau is complete. Below each bureau column you can see an overall between all three bureaus, along with the progress bar.
