We have a convenient quick search feature that you can access on any screen within the system. You can search for clients and leads. You can search by name, phone, area code, zip code, email, and by who the affiliate agent assigned.

To get started do a search by typing in the search bar in the header.

Once you have entered your search term you can select a client from the list.

Once you select the client a popup dialog will appear. You can see some details about the client in addition to having a button for each area needed for that client. Like Client Details, Dispute Center, Create Letters, Import Report.
