Once you are on the create letters page you will see Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3. Step 1 involves selecting the source you want to create the templates for. You can choose to create letters to send to the credit reporting agencies, or you can choose to send a letter directly to the creditor or collection agency.

Once you have selected what source you are creating letters for you will see that Step 2 now have a search box to allow you to search for the dispute letter template you would like to use. If you use naming conventions such as Collector, inquiry, round 1, etc then it will easily find that template by typing the keyword.

Once you have selected the letter it will scroll down to the accounts list where it will automatically check to dispute any listing that has not yet been deleted or repaired. You can of course override this by unselecting the accounts you to do not wish to dispute. It will only try to include that account on the bureau it exists on. For example if the account was on Equifax only, and you only were creating Transunion letters then it would not allow you to include the account because it does not exist on Transunion. Once you are done reviewing the accounts to dispute click the gray Generate button.

The letters will parse in all of the information from the accounts and demographic details. The letter templates provide tokens for this data to be populated. Once you have clicked generate it will create the letters a Temporary Queue Documents. While letters are in the Temp Queue you are able to modify the content, or add any content you wish on the fly. You can also adjust any styling changes you want. To edit you can click the Edit link beside each letter in the Temp Queue.

Once you click to edit a temp queue letter it will popup a box and show you the content to edit. When you are done click the blue Save Temp Letter button
