You are able to change the login information for the client to access their portal. You can change the username, password, or both. To get started select your client from the client list. Once your client load you can either scroll down to the Credentials section or you can minimize the boxes for Personal Details, and Activities. Below activities is the Credentials section.

You will see the username and password box, and a link beside each that says Change. Once you select change you will see a textbox to enter the new username or password.
