You can change the clients processing status at anytime. Once you have selected your client from the clients list you will see a field for Processing Status. You have several options. Clients are always in Active by default. Active is what lets the system flow automatically for rounds, and also for the statuses you see in the client list.
The statuses you can use are:
Active – If client is set to Active then when round are active and disputes are out you will see Waiting on the client list. This means we are Waiting on the round to end. It will show you the days left in the round also. When the round ends it will show a green Pull. This means it is time to do a progress report and process a new round. If the client is not processed within 3-6 days from the date entered then it will show orange Alert in the list.
POR – This means Proof of Residence. Since credit bureaus require a new updated proof of residence doc every 60-90 days we use this status when we are waiting on the client to send in the new POR.
Problem – This could be used for a variety of reasons as you see fit.
On Hold – This could also be used as you see fit. We like to use it when we are needing to hold off on processing while performing credit building etc.
Canceled – This means the client has cancelled services with you.
NSF – This is when a client doesn’t pay you or their payment returns.
CM Hold – This stands for Credit Monitoring Hold. We like to use it for when the clients credit monitoring needs to be paid for, or when we are locked out of the credit monitoring etc.
Completed – This means the client has completed your services
