You are able to assign affiliate agents to clients and leads manually in the system. By default if an affiliate agent logs in and adds a lead or client, the lead or client will automatically be assigned to the Affiliate Agent.
To get started select Clients from the left hand navigation, or simply search the client’s name in the top search bar.
If you chose to select Clients from the left hand navigation menu then you will see the list of clients and you can select the desired client from the list.
Once your client details load you can click the Notes and Contacts tab. On the notes and contacts tab you will see towards the bottom a section called Contacts. You are able to set the Affiliate/Referral Agent and click the blue button to save.
