Add Lead To Do Task

You can add To Do tasks for Leads to complete. To Do Tasks can be tasks like “Upload Your Id, “Send a new Proof Of Residence” etc. To get started you will want to either select Leads from the left hand navigation menu or simply by searching the leads name in the top search bar.

Once you are on the leads page you can select the lead from the list.

Once you lead details load you can click the ToDo’s tab to view or add To Do Tasks.

If you click the blue Add New To Do button it will pop a box up that will allow you to enter the To Do task and set a Due Date. The editor can handle links, and styling for the to do.

Once your To do has saved you can view it on the To Do tab. You can also check off when it has been completed. To Do task reminders will email the lead every 48 hours until the To Do task has been completed
