You are able to add internal notes in the Notes and Contacts tab when pulling up your client. Once the client details are loaded you will want to click the Notes and Contacts tab.

Once you have selected the Notes and Contacts tab you will want to scroll down to the Processing Notes section. Processing notes can only be seen by your company agents. You also have permission control for what company agent role can view or add processing notes. You will be able to enter your processing note and click the blue Save button.

If you want to email the processing note to a company agent you can do so by checking the box for Send Note, and then select the agent you want to send the processing note to. Once you have selected the agent you will hit the blue Save button. The notes will show you if it was emailed or just saved. If emailed it will show you who is was emailed to, and who it was emailed from.
