Get started adding company agents by ensuring first that you have created the company office. You can click Company Offices in the left hand navigation menu. Company Offices->Add Company Office

The required fields are listed in red for Office Name, and Round Days. Round Days allow you to set how many days for each round of disputes. This is a per office setting that can be made.
