Add Company Agent

Get started adding company agents by ensuring first that you have created the company office. If you have, then its time to create the agent profile and assign it to the office. You can either click the Add Agent icon on the dashboard, or .you can click Company Agents in the left hand navigation menu. Company Agents -> Add Company Agent

The required fields are listed in red for First Name, Last Name, Email, Password, and role of either Office Manager , credit agent, or processor. By default you are set as role Office Manager. Office Managers can see and do all things in the system. Credit Agents have by default limited capabilities in regards to creating letters, adding accounts, etc. Processor role is by default setup more focused on the creating letters, adding accounts and anything to do with the back office work.
